How much does it cost?
We are launching with just the “Do Good Box”. This subscription cost $35.00 each month. When you sign-up for a subscription, you will receive a confirmation and your first invoice. Once your invoice is paid your first box will be shipped. Each month you will receive a new invoice and a new box. If you don’t want a Do Good Box that month, just let us know and we’ll pause your subscription.

What kind of products come in the box?
Each month you can expect to receive a combination of pre-packaged products from our exclusive partners.

Do I have to do a monthly subscription?
Yes. We will explore other subscription options in the future, but for right now, we only offer a monthly subscription.

What if I don’t like the products?
Although we love all of the products we put in our boxes, we realize that you may prefer to try something different. If you do not like one of the products you received, let us know and we’ll do our best to offer something different in your next box.

Can I get a refund after I’ve paid for a box?

No. At this time, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions that have already been paid. However, we do believe in finding products you like. Connect with us to see if we can exchange your product for something you would like.

How long does it take to get my box?
You should receive your box within 7-10 business days after your monthly subscription is paid.

What if I have allergies?
All of our consumable products come pre-packaged. We recommend reading each label before you try a new product. If you are allergic to certain products, please contact your DTP Senior Partner Liaison for support on getting products that will not effect your allergy.
